1 Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pipe Supplies Ltd regarding the use of this website, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Pipe Supplies Ltd operates an online retail and trade supply business specialising in construction pipes, plumbing materials, drainage solutions, pipe fittings, valves and associated accessories. Our core product categories include:

• MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) pipes for underground water supply
• HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipes for industrial and civil engineering use

We also offer a pipe cutting service on selected products, subject to availability and specific product limitations. Custom-cut items are made to your specification and are subject to the non-return conditions outlined in Section 6 below.

3 Orders & Pricing

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to verify your payment details.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch your goods, at which point a binding contract is formed between you and Pipe Supplies Ltd.

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Prices for trade account holders may be displayed exclusive of VAT where clearly indicated.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing is accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and dispatched.

3.3 Product Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images on our website are accurate. However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes and the actual appearance of items may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in photography, monitor calibration and manufacturing processes.

4 Payment

We accept payment by the following methods:

• Visa debit and credit cards
• Mastercard debit and credit cards
• PayPal
• BACS bank transfer (for trade accounts and approved customers)

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, unless you hold an approved trade account with agreed credit terms. All card payments are processed through our secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

For BACS payments, your order will be processed once cleared funds are received in our bank account. Please allow up to two working days for BACS transfers to clear.

If payment is declined or cannot be authorised for any reason, we will notify you and your order will not be processed. We are not liable for any delays caused by payment authorisation issues.

5 Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timescales

We offer next-working-day delivery across mainland UK for orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other remote areas may require an additional one to three working days. Surcharges may apply for deliveries to these locations, and any additional charges will be communicated at checkout.

5.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. The applicable delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free delivery on orders exceeding a specified value, as advertised on our website from time to time.

5.3 Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you when we receive full payment, including all applicable delivery charges.

5.4 Inspection on Delivery

You should inspect all goods upon delivery. If packaging appears damaged or items are missing, please note this on the delivery driver's paperwork (where applicable) and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept claims for delivery damage reported more than 7 days after delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, traffic disruption, carrier delays, industrial action or force majeure events.

6 Returns & Refunds

6.1 Consumer Returns

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use rather than in the course of business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) before the 14-day period expires.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless they are faulty or not as described.

6.2 Trade Returns

For trade customers (purchasing in the course of business), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard stock items, provided the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for trade returns at our discretion.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Custom-cut pipes and materials made to your specific measurements
• Products ordered specially for you that are not part of our standard stock range
• Items that have been installed, used or altered in any way

6.4 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection of the faulty items at our expense and provide a replacement or full refund, at your choice. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

6.5 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

7 User Obligations

When using this website, you agree to the following:

• You will use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You will not use the website to impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
