For underground potable water supply in the UK, blue MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) pipe is the industry standard material. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard stock items, provided the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our team by phone or email with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange collection or provide a returns label depending on the size and nature of the goods. Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving the returned items back at our warehouse and are credited to your original payment method. Custom-cut pipes and items ordered specially to your specification are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or do not match what was ordered. We take great care packing all orders, but occasionally transit damage does occur, particularly with longer pipe lengths. If your delivery arrives damaged, please note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery paperwork before signing and photograph the affected items immediately. Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage and your photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible, typically dispatching a replacement within one working day. You do not need to return damaged goods before we send the replacement; we will arrange collection of the damaged items separately. We never charge customers for goods damaged in transit.

Most of the products we supply carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which varies depending on the brand and product type. Many plastic pipe systems, including PVC and HDPE, come with manufacturer warranties of 25 years or more when installed correctly and in accordance with the product guidelines. Copper pipe carries an indefinite service life when used within its rated parameters. We can provide specific warranty information for any product upon request. In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, all products are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects you if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
